Short description
Facade Installation Reserved Specialist:
The development will consist of:
1. The restoration and refurbishment of Spruce House, former dispensary building, approximately, 445sqm in area.
2. The construction of a new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c.6,333sqm.
3. Site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.
The façade works cover approximately 3,250m2. The building facade primarily consists of the following materials and systems:
• Aluminium framed bespoke unitised curtain wall screen to the main elevations
• Aluminium framed stick curtain wall screens with infill glazing and opening sections (to the ground floor areas, link building between to the Dispensary Building, rooftop stair enclosure).
• Proprietary aluminium framed rainscreen cladding to the soffits and staff entrance
• Aluminium rainscreen panels
• Ventilation louvres
• Sub-station cladding
