Short description
Dublin City University are looking for expressions of interest from specialist manufacturing organisations with the ability to assist in the design, small batch (prototype) manufacture and feasibility study for mass manufacture of medical testing devices. The devices in question are designed be circular discs and will require manufacturing of “microwell” Nanostructures (2 µm in diameter and 2 µm in depth) on Gold Electrodes that have been incorporated onto a PCB Base an be used as centrifugal platforms for microfluidic devices. The initial batch of 1000 devices will be used for clinical validation studies and the feasibility study will provide the opportunity to demonstrate the mass manufacturability of the device
