SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Business Process Management (BPM)
An Post require a strategic partner to optimise business processes, leveraging BPM tooling where appropriate, in conjunction with associated business change and the development of an enduring internal capability.
We envisage that this includes working with a limited number of candidate processes to deliver an initial pilot. The activities to be completed are likely to include:
• Process optimisation and redesign of candidate processes selected from back office and front office functions
• Working with An Post’s existing technologies e.g. Metastorm, Onbase, other existing applications systems and, where required, recommending and implementing alternative technologies to integrate with An Post existing systems.
• Plan for building internal organisational capability through BPM related training, mentoring, skills transfer and knowledge transfer
