Short description
Single Supplier Framework for:
1) Sourcing and installation of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Facilities in IDA Ireland Regional (Ireland-based) and Overseas (North America, Europe and Asia Pacific) offices. In some cases, existing equipment needs to be re-used and augmented; in some cases, a full install is required. In all cases, the final hardware configuration should meet the specification and provide the same level of experience and seamlessly interoperate with the Video Conferencing systems being installed in the new IDA Global HQ in Dublin. The installation work also needs to cover: programming of touch screen panels and meeting room panels, commissioning/handover and warranty for replacement or defective equipment.
2) Maintenance and Agreement to cover on-site maintenance and support for all regional (Ireland) and overseas offices with a maximum response time of 48 hours.
