Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin seeks to appoint a suitability qualified consultant team to carry out a comprehensive Condition Survey for the Estates of its built environment. Trinity College Dublin (TCD) operates out of 14 Districts located within the Dublin region. TCD wishes to undertake a comprehensive on-site condition survey as listed in the tender document set. The properties to be surveyed comprise both modern and historic buildings dating back from 1700. The survey of the building will assess the condition of the building fabric, the condition of the M&E services and compliance with the relevant statutory requirements. The survey will further identify works required to meet backlog and ongoing maintenance requirement and develop a forecast for multi annual planned maintenance programme.

Description of the procurement

The specifications and works requirements are wholly described within the tender document set. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline. Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.
A site visit can be arranged by completing the site visit request form included in the tender document set. Thereafter, Derek Waters F&S Project Lead, Estates and Facilities Department (dewaters@tcd.ie) will revert to arrange site visit logistics.
