The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (“the Commission”) requires tenderers to provide delivery of ambient products to the Houses of the Oireachtas Catering Facilities for use in its restaurants and catering outlets throughout the year.
The Commission is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament, (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”) (further information is available at www.oireachtas.ie).
