Bus Eireann intends to establish a panel of service providers in each county in the Republic of Ireland under Lot 1and Lot 2 to provide required repair and maintenance services for vehicles on its fleet.
Lot 1 – Full Maintenance Contract;
Lot 2 – Body Work, Accident Damage and Chassis Repair
At the tender stage of this process, it is envisaged that BE will select a number of service providers in respect of each county in the Republic of Ireland under each lot for appointment to a multi-provider framework agreement on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
The most economically advantageous tender in respect of each county under each will be calculated in accordance with the award criteria listed below.
It is proposed that the term of the multi-provider framework agreement will be for an initial 3 years with Bus Eireann with the option to extend on a twelve months basis up to a maximum of 24 months.
