Short description
Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise that the Health Service Executive (“HSE”) intends to a initiate tender competition in the coming months to seek an economic operator to purchase HSE land, develop a primary care centre on the same land and lease it back to HSE, including a future option for HSE to buy the primary care centre. It is anticipated that that term of the lease will be between 25 and 30 years from the completion of the primary care centre. Interested parties are requested to monitor https://www.etenders.gov.ie/ and/or the Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) for the individual competitions. It is anticipated that each project, if initiated, will be tendered for under separate procurement competitions.
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition – a call for competition may be placed within the next 12 months. HSE does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice (PIN).

Description of the procurement
Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise that the Health Service Executive (“HSE”) intends to a initiate tender competition in the coming months to seek an economic operator to purchase HSE land, develop a primary care centre on the same land and lease it back to HSE, including a future option for HSE to buy the primary care centre. It is anticipated that that term of the lease will be between 25 and 30 years from the completion of the primary care centre.
The works will involve the erection of a new Primary Care Centre of circa 3841m2, of 1-4 storeys. Construction of new vehicle / bicycle entranceway on Edmondstown Road to replace the existing entrance, a new pedestrian entranceway on Edmondstown Road and two new pedestrian entranceways on Moyville. Extensive new site landscaping works to include new boundary treatment, pedestrian and cycle paths and planting and Parking for 81 cars, 2 Ambulances and 26 bicycles.] Additional works required to comply with planning conditions will be set out in the tender documents and will include junction widening at the junction of Scholarstown Road and Edmonstown Road.
