The Contracting Entity wishes to appoint a single service provider to the framework who can provide complete and impartial expert property advice to Ervia.
Ervia currently has a building portfolio comprising of over 20 office buildings nationally, ranging in size from 250 square metres to 5,000 square metres. This portfolio may grow substantially.
In addition the rates portfolio comprises the infrastructure / networks of Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland, the latter in ROI, NI and Scotland, together with aspects of the telecom network.
