Short description

It is proposed to undertake the Replacement of doors and windows in Social Housing Units in the South Dublin County Council administrative area. Some houses will require all windows and doors to be replaced, while other houses will only have some of the windows or doors replaced. South Dublin County Council intends to establish a Multi-Party framework using the restricted procedure on eTenders to invite expressions of interest for prequalification.
Works will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Liaison with Tenant(s)
• Removal of existing windows and doors
• Relocation of cabling/pipework passing through frames
• Assessment of jambs and heads of the window openings and repair where necessary.
• Fitting of new windows and doors and all work required for fixing to structure.
• Replacement of window sills where necessary.
• Making good of all reveals and matching of internal and external decoration
• Provision of certification
