The objective of this procurement process is to establish a single party framework agreement to supply/develop, implement, host, maintain and support a Teacher Registration system to replace the registration system currently being used by the Teaching Council.
The existing system has many manual touchpoints and there is a recognised need to digitize and streamline the process of registration as much as possible. A system which incorporates a feature rich, self-service portal, accessible from all device types, including mobile/tablet is required. The ultimate ambition is to have a solution in place which allows for improved service delivery to Candidates and teachers while enabling more efficient use of Teaching Council resources.
