Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
In the event of a dispute or difference arising between the Parties in relation to the interpretation or performance of a contract or anything contained within, the parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve such dispute by mutual agreement. If the dispute is not resolved by the Parties in accordance with clause 35.1 of the contract, withing one month the dispute shall be referred to arbitration of a person mutually agreed or failing agreement, of a person appointed by the President of the Institute of Engineers in Ireland and any such reference shall be deemed to be a submission to the Arbitration Act 2010. Any such Arbitration shall be held in Ireland and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all Parties.
