The Contract on offer is for the provision of services to undertake the required mechanical maintenance to campus mechanical installations and infrastructure on the campus of Athlone Institute of Technology. The successful Contractor will be required to undertake all planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and other services throughout the Contract term. The contract is for an initial period of 12 months, however, AIT reserves the right to extend the contract on an annual basis with a maximum of 4 such 12 month extensions i.e. the contract period could potentially be for a maximum of 5 years).

Description of the procurement
