Lahinch Sea World and Leisure Centre (the “Authority”) now wish to
appoint a design team for Extension and Refurbishment Works at Lahinch
Sea World and Leisure Centre. The following design team services
are required;
Lot 1: Integrated Design Team.
Lot 2: Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
Consultants for Lot 1 must include as part of their Application the following principal services:
1. Lead Designer
2. Architect
3. Civil / Structural Engineer
4. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
5. Renewable Technologies and NZEB Consultant
6. PSDP
appoint a design team for Extension and Refurbishment Works at Lahinch
Sea World and Leisure Centre. The following design team services
