Description of the procurement

Poppintree Industrial Estate,
Jamestown Road
Finglas
Dublin 11
and in a live Part 145 Airline or Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO’s) Dublin based.
Course Delivery details:
106 Weeks (Course Event) duration as follows:
• An approved 1100 Hours (delivered over 1320 hours) Theory and Practice to include 290 hours Aircraft Practical Training (APT)
• 52 Weeks On the Job Experience (OJE)
1. Tenderer must be an EASA Part 147 Maintenance Training Orgnisation (MTO) approved for Basic Training.

It is anticipated that this training will migrate into a Contracted Training Framework that is currently being developed.
This service requirement is categorized as a Title III Service, thereby being subject to a light touch application of Directive 2014/24/EU, under Art. 74. On that basis, CDETB is adopting an open procedure.
The competition will consist of a one stage tender process.
Commencement of first intake of learners is required as soon as possible.
