The Framework Agreement will consist of four suitably experienced and resourced Civil Engineering Contractors and the Framework shall be for a duration of 4 years from appointment. The estimated total value of the works to be procured under the proposed framework agreement is circa €15 million.

Description of the procurement

It is the intention of Meath County Council to establish a Multiparty Framework Agreement to undertake Public Realm and Civil Engineering Works associated with the Navan Town Centre Plan – Navan 2030. The Framework Agreement will consist of four suitably experienced and resourced Civil Engineering Contractors and the Framework shall be for a duration of 4 years from appointment.
The estimated total value of the works to be procured under the proposed framework agreement is circa €15 million.
A restricted procedure shall be used to appoint suitable candidates to the framework agreement. Stage 1 of the procurement process is the selection of Candidates by Suitability Questionnaire. A maximum of 7 applicants who successfully pass the Suitability Questionnaire Stage shall be invited to tender.
A maximum Framework Panel of 4 contractors shall be selected based on the 4 highest ranking contractors in the tender competition. Scoring of Tender shall be based on Tender Price and Works Proposals. Tender awards made (if any) under the Framework will be based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
