The Signaling Electrical and Telecoms Department (SET) of Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) wish to enter into a 4 year agreement with a specialist company [Single Contractor] to provide Maintenance and Installation Support for the following services:
• Fibre Maintenance Team
• Fibre Test Team
• Fibre Cabling and Ducting Team
• Copper Cable Maintenance Team.
• Copper Cable Test Team.
• Copper Cabling and Ducting Team
All services shall be available on a 24 hour, 7 day week basis to assist with rectifying faults on the Trackside Fibre Optic and Copper Cable Networks covering the entire Rail Network of Iarnród Éireann. The Successful Contractor will be expected to provide an “ On Call “ Service to the Client. Details of the “On Call “arrangements must be submitted and will be evaluated.
Contractor to include detail of On Call Service , providing 24/7 365 Days of the Year.
