Description of the procurement

TII are seeking contractors to participate in a Framework Agreement to carry out FWD Surveys (Falling Weight Deflectometer and associated services) on selected roads (circa 140 schemes) by using specialist equipment and using traffic management procedures etc. On completion of a survey a contractor would submit two reports: factual report on the condition of the road and a second report interpreting results recommending rehabilitation requirements.
