Lot 1: Provision and Support of Analog, Digital and Wireless of Public Telephony Services for the Republic of Ireland.
It is proposed that the Contract will include the following:
• Wholesale fixed access to the Public Telephone Network for the Provision of voice telephony services by means of PSTN, ISDN BRA, and ISDN FRA/PRA.
• Provision and support of Leased Lines for Data Circuits.
• Provide diverse transit paths for telco services to ensure resilience from inter carrier routing perspective. By any means of Analog, Digital and Wireless
• Provide a diverse range for service termination connections (Analog/ISDN, BNC, E1 terminals, wireless) .

Lot 3: Provision and Support of Session Initiation Protocol - SIP Carrier Services.
It is proposed that the Contract will include the following services:
• Session Initiation Protocol functionality: essential to stablish, modify and terminate multimedia sessions. Allowing access to the public by facing SIP trunks.
• Interoperability of SIP with other protocols such as the media gateway control protocol for controlling gateways to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). With a numbering porting flexible across various telco platforms.
• Provide diverse transit paths for telco services to ensure resilience from inter carrier routing perspective.
• Provide a diverse range for service termination interfaces.
