It is Iarnród Éireann-Irish Rail (“IE”) intention to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Roof Renewal works. Iarnród Éireann-Irish Rail (“IE”) requires the services of competent contractors for roofing renewals, including asbestos removal, and repair/renewal of heritage structural canopies. It is proposed to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to participate in the tender process. Under this Roofing Renewal Framework Agreement, services will be sought to support the requirements of both Iarnród Éireann and the CIE Group.
The replacement of the Running Shed asbestos clad roof in Inchicore will be used to establish the Multi Party Framework Agreement.
Any Tenders that are called off under the Framework will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Framework.
