Short description

The proposed building of 3,009 sqm [gross area] is a part single and part two storey more sophisticated and technically innovative form of advanced technology building. This new project requires key focus on technical integration, which will promote and support Business-2-Business and Business-2-Academic collaboration and the adoption of existing and emerging industry 4.0technologies. The project will house digitised/smart manufacturing technologies and produce significant amounts of data which will require installation of an appropriate IT, mechanical and electrical infrastructure to support. The purpose of the building is to provide industry access to such advanced manufacturing technologies via reconfigurable and flexible space for R&D and training purposes.
The proposed new building is located in a well serviced greenfield site and compliments the existing established landscape treatment on neighbouring sites.
