Short description

The Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport invites tenders from companies interested in tendering for the provision of Infrastructure managed services to support and maintain the NVDF‟s current ICT Infrastructure and managed services.The Services will include the provision of an ISO (International Standards Organisation ISO 27001) service to manage the lifecycle of any ICT incidents, security, problem management, service requests and the communications required to inform the DVCSD ICT user and advise of any workarounds.
The managed support service will monitor performance and availability of ICT assets through the use of the DVCSD‟s management systems to track the current status and characteristics of each ICT asset. The monitoring information should be readily available to the DVCSD‟s ICT Manager and DVCSD support staff and any changes provided in a monthly report that identifies significant changes to DVCSD‟s ICT landscape
