The NTA is seeking the provision of pre-owned diesel multiple unit vehicles for passenger operation on the Irish Rail network in Ireland. The provision of the vehicles is intended to be either though a lease agreement with a term of seven years or more, or through purchase by the Contracting Authority or by Irish Rail acting as their nominated agent.
Between 60 and 80 vehicles are sought, which must be capable of operation in units of three or four vehicles with a driver’s cab at each end of each unit.
The vehicles must be available for delivery prior to 28th February 2020.
