Additional Information on the Operation of The Framework.
o Two appointments will be made for the duration of the Framework Agreement.
o A multi party framework with the appointment of two parties to the framework only and whereby the Applicant/Tenderer who scores the highest in this competition will automatically be offered all the jobs and only if they are not in a position to do a job will it be offered to the second party.
o In the event that only one Applicant/Tenderer is identified for the framework due to lack of participants or lack of suitability, IAA reserves the right to award a single party framework or cancel the competition.
