Specialist Renewable Energy Installer
The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework contract for a Specialist Renewable Energy Installer(s). The framework will consist of two Lots;
• Lot 1 will consist of the Sale, Supply and Installation of Solar PV and battery storage facilities to the residential retrofit market in the republic of Ireland.
• Lot 2 will consist of the Sale, Supply and Installation of Heat Pumps and related services to the residential retrofit market in the republic of Ireland.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
Provided that a sufficient number of Applicants are qualified to be considered for shortlisting, following application of the procedures set out in this section A.9 (Evaluation of PQQ Responses), it is anticipated that at least the 5 highest-scored Applicants for each lot will be short-listed and invited to proceed to the next stage of the Procurement process.
