Short description

SEAI's Business programmes offer a range of support services to the business community Ireland. The emphasis is on supporting organisations to address their energy use rationally to improve their competitiveness and reduce their costs and environmental impact.
The purpose of this Request for Tenders ("RFT") is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to provide expert services in support of SEAI’s Business Programmes Team. SEAI has issued this RFT with the objective of concluding four multi-party frameworks to establish a panel of experts in each of the following categories or ‘Lots’, as follows:
Lot 1: Policy analysis and strategic advisory support
Lot 2: Strategic support to large businesses
Lot 3: Small Medium Enterprise (SME) programme supports
Lot 4: Best practice and communications support.
