Since March 2017, all public libraries operate as a single shared system with the Sierra Library Management System provided by Innovative Interfaces Global Ltd.
The aim of this tender is to procure collecting, sorting and delivery services for library items across thirty Local Authorities from service providers to provide a cost effective and efficient method of moving library stock to and from each library branch across the library branch network for the period January 2019 to December 2020. The contract is expected to commence on the 1st of January 2019 and run until the 31st of December 2020 with an option to extend by a further one year.
