Short description

The scope of this tender covers the provision of various project and operational support roles with the NTA. The competencies of the resources anticipated under this contract would equate generally to the Executive Officer, Higher Executive Officer and, occasionally, Assistant Principle grades in the civil service to offer business and policy support as executive assistants, business analysts, project managers, licensing co-ordinators, finance, ICT and communications specialists.
The types of roles required are as follows:
• Role 1: Business Analysis and Test Management;
• Role 2: Licensing Executive;
• Role 3: Executive Assistant; and
• Role 4: Compliance Executive.

Description of the procurement

The scope of this tender covers the provision of various project and operational support roles with the Authority. The competencies of the resources anticipated under this contract would equate generally to the Executive Officer, Higher Executive Officer and, occasionally, Assistant Principal grades in the civil service to offer business and policy support as executive assistants, business analysts, project managers, licensing co-ordinators, finance, ICT and communications specialists.
All onsite resources must have the following personal attributes or competencies:

o Complaints management; and
o Miscellaneous projects relating to the business and activities of the Authority.
