Additional purchases of similar components required for projects, modifications etc that may arise during the course of these agreements that are outside normal planned usage will be offered initially to the party supplying the component(s) in question. Where the volume required outstrips supply chain capacity, Dublin Bus reserves the right to source the components from other parties who hold contracts for other similar components awarded under this process.
