Description of the procurement

Cork City Council (the “Council”) invites submissions from Candidates
(“Candidates”) to participate in this procurement process for the delivery of
a quality and affordable housing scheme on Council owned lands at
Boherboy Road, Lotamore, Mayfield, Cork City. Detailed design and
construction of 147 residential units, single storey crèche, new & upgrade
of roads infrastructure complimented with all associated site developments
works.
