The new Tipperary County Development Plan will set out the strategic land use and planning policy for the county having regard to the National Planning Framework and Southern Regional Assembly Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy.
The services required are as follows:
Part A: Undertake Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
Part B: Prepare Appropriate Assessment
Part C: Prepare Strategic Flood Risk Assessment
These service requirements are required in connection with the review of the County Development Plan
