Short description
The Central Bank’s Organisational Strategy prioritises leadership and management development and the Central Bank is implementing a One Bank Leadership Development Programme aimed at its most senior leaders – The Leadership Network (approximately 150 personnel).
Organisational Division has co designed and developed an in-house bespoke leadership development programme which supports our ‘One Bank’ integrated organisational vision and our public interest ethos; One Bank Leadership. The core vision of the programme is Leaders building Leaders, Leaders shaping Culture.
To complement the comprehensive training content for modules 1, 2 and 3 the Central Bank is now seeking external support for the provision of a training solution for module 4- People Focus and module 5–Agility (Change).
To align with the other modules this training must have a strong focus on neuroscience and its applicability to leadership.

Single party framework agreement for the provision of Leadership and Management Training with a specific focus on Neuroscience
The Central Bank’s Organisational Strategy prioritises leadership and management development and the Central Bank is implementing a One Bank Leadership Development Programme aimed at its most senior leaders – The Leadership Network (approximately 150 personnel).
Organisational Division has co designed and developed (with 40 volunteers from the leadership network) an in-house bespoke leadership development programme which supports our ‘One Bank’ integrated organisational vision and our public interest ethos; One Bank Leadership. The core vision of the programme is Leaders building Leaders, Leaders shaping Culture.
To complement the comprehensive training content for modules 1, 2 and 3 (as set out in the tender document) the Central Bank is now seeking external support for the provision of a training solution for module 4- People Focus and module 5–Agility (Change).
To align with the other modules this training must have a strong focus on neuroscience and its applicability to leadership.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of two (2) years (“Term”). The Central Bank may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 24 months.
