The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 2,200 Sq.m net (on the 4th and 5th. floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 for office accommodation. The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas.
The main building works (shell & core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by mid August 2019 to allow occupation by SFI in September 2019.
Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
This project is being procured by Science Foundation Ireland under Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement as implemented into Irish law by SI No. 284 of 2016. All relevant references to previous EU and Irish public procurement legislation should thus be read as references to the current legislation.
