The HSE wishes to invite suppliers to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of a Managed Transport Service for HSE Renal Dialysis patients/clients/service user (hereafter ‘the Service User’)in the South East region ( hereafter ‘the HSE’). The Managed Transport Service provider (hereafter ‘the Contractor’) is required is to manage and co-ordinate transport for service users from their home/residential units/acute hospitals for appointments for Renal Dialysis treatment. The Contractor must identify opportunities for improved co-ordination and integration of transport services for service users to provide more efficient and cost effective transport provision for the HSE.

Description of the procurement

The HSE wishes to invite suppliers to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of a Managed Transport Service for HSE Renal Dialysis patients/clients/service user (hereafter ‘the Service User’)in the South East region ( hereafter ‘the HSE’)
The Managed Transport Service provider (hereafter ‘the Contractor’) is required is to manage and co-ordinate transport for service users from their home/residential units/acute hospitals for appointments for Renal Dialysis treatment.
The Contractor must identify opportunities for improved co-ordination and integration of transport services for service users to provide more efficient and cost effective transport provision for the HSE.
The Contractor must undertake a public tender process for transport providers for this transport service that will fully comply with the Procurement Directives when expending public monies for service user transport services. The HSEs requirements for the transport service includes but is not limited to small public service vehicles (SPSVs, Taxi’s, Hackneys) wheelchair vehicles and minibuses.
