Short description

RCSI Hospitals intend to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator to provide a Quality Management Information System (QMIS). The installed QMIS will be used to support the processes associated with the Contracting Authority’s Quality and Safety Management System. An effective Quality and Patient Safety Management System is central to the provision of high quality, patient-centred care. The award of this contract will ultimately ensure that all sites operate effectively as a single organisation in respect of the processes applying to quality and safety.
It is intended that the QMIS procured on foot of this competition will enable the Contracting Authority to ensure that its Quality and Safety Management System is operating efficiently and effectively.
