Irish Water plans to undertake the development of three existing Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) together with associated Source, Reservoirs and Pipeline works as part of the Tullamore and Birr Water Supply Schemes Project.
The planned works are necessary to ensure compliance with EU Directives, Irish National Standards and Regulations relating to treated water for human consumption.
It is intended that the works will be implemented under a Design, Build and Operate (“DBO”) Contract.
