Short description

The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to procure and establish a multi supplier (all terms agreed) Framework Agreement for the supply of Urine Collection Devices and Associated Consumables. The HSE invites tenders from candidates (“Candidate” means economic operator or consortium which submits a response to this document) for the supply of Urine Collection Devices and Associated Consumables.
The key objective of this tender process is to develop and maintain a sustainable and competitive marketplace whilst achieving maximum value for money together with legal and financial compliance.
This tender competition is designed to support both the interim and longer term requirements of the HSE with regard to any future reconfigurations.
This tender will be divided into five lots as follows:
Lot A – Urine Collection Containers
Lot B – Urine Specimen Tubes
Lot C – Urine Collection Kits
Lot D – 24 Hour Urine Collection
Lot E – Urine Collection Consumables
