The Etender consists of retrofitting an old stone building for installation of a 3 cow tandem milking parlour with an adjacent yogurt processing area, new fit out and extension to an existing farm shed, adding new ancillary rooms & facilities, new slatted tank, new livestock handling area, laying new foul & storm drainage, new concrete yard and construction of a 12 car park in a green field. The Etender is to be broken down and priced in 5 parts as per Drawing no. 200 (Proposed Master Plan)
