Short description

Fingal County Council is the Awarding Authority for this Tender Competition and Fingal County Council and Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council are the Contracting Authorities (the “Contracting Authority”)
This public procurement competition will be divided into 2 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
Lot 1 will be for Fingal County County Council. Their requirements will be for circa 22,000 private rented property inspections to be carried out over the next 5 years.
Lot 2 will be for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. Their requirements will be for circa 16,500 private rented property inspections to be carried out over the next 5 years.
Each Lot will be awarded separately and tenders can only win one Lot. The second placed tenderer for each Lot will be appointed as a reserve service provider. A tenderer can only be appointed as a reserve to one Lot.
