The works are split into three separate Lots to undertake routine maintenance of 1,753 single carriageway National Road Bridges in the Republic Of Ireland. The Lots are:
1. Lot 1 - North West Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3 - The MEAT tenderer for this Lot was Jons Civil Engineering Co. Ltd.
2. Lot 2 - Munster Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3 - The MEAT tenderer for this Lot was Cumnor Construction Ltd.
3. Lot 3 - Leinster Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3 - The MEAT tenderer for this Lot was John Sisk and Sons Holding Ltd.
The works contained in each Lot comprise of routine maintenance of bridges phased over 4 years including 2018 (Year 1), 2019 (Year 2), 2020 (Year 3) and 2021 (Year 4), and reactive maintenance work for the term duration approximately 4 years.
No Tenderer can be awarded more than one Lot.
