Short description

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has identified an on-going need for Planning & Environmental Consultancy Services - Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) & Specialist Environmental Services
- Appropriate Assessment (AA) & Specialist Environmental Services
It is intended to have a Framework Agreement in place over a 3-year period commencing on the date of award of the FA with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend by a further 1 year if desired. The Framework Agreement (FA) is primarily for use by DLRCC’s Planning and Human Resources Department, but may also be used by other departments of DLRCC as requirements arise. Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council and Dublin City Council are also parties to the FA and are therefore eligible to use the FA.
