The construction of a new six storey (over basement) office building at 31-33 Fenian Street Dublin 2, of circa 4,200 m2 and link building circa 200 m2. Demolition of existing buildings at 31-33 Fenian Street Dublin 2 (No. 31: 1020 m2, No. 32: 585 m2 and No. 33: 250 m2) . Site development works including hard and soft landscaping, lighting, steps and ramps, surface and foul drainage and all associated ancillary works.
