The IBTS wishes to put in place a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the replacement of Blood Separators in the Irish Blood Transfusion Service, the Northern Irish Blood Transfusion Service and the Welsh Blood Service. Please note the system will have to be successfully validated in each of the Blood Establishments to allow for a contract award for each Blood Establishment. It may be an award to be made for none, one, two or three of the Blood Establishments.
