An Post is seeking to enter into a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with 3 – 6 suppliers for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a period up to a further 2 years.
An Post is seeking submissions from interested parties regarding the provision of services relating to the personalisation and addressing of Elections Materials (Litir um Thoghchán:
Dail and Seanad free postage scheme). Successful suppliers will be appointed to a framework agreement to cover future elections requirements.
It is anticipated that any framework agreement will run for a period between 3 and 5 years to cover all future elections requirements including (but not necessarily limited to):
• General Elections
• European Elections
• By Elections
• Referenda
