Short description
The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 5,600 Sq.m net (between the 3rd and 8th Floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the "Premises") for office accommodation. The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas.The main building works (shell & core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by the end of June 2019 to allow occupation by the IDA in Q3 2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.

Description of the procurement
The IDA is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to prequalify for Specialist office fit-out works for IDA Ireland at Three Park Place,Upper Hatch St, Dublin 2 . Please see the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) attached to this notice for further information.The deadline for receipt of completed Questionnaires is the 20th August 2018 @ 16:00 hrs (local time)
Applicants must submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) soft copy of the submission to Clem McLoughlin, IDA Ireland, Wilton Park House, Wilton Place, Dublin , as well as submitting through etenders - soft copies must be submitted on CD or memory stick attached to the hard copies. All submissions must be clearly marked “Tender IDA Ireland Three Park Place”.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
