Short description

A Non Exclusive Framework Agreement with all terms agreed for the International Recruitment of Registered Nurses/Midwives including Specialist Nurses/Midwives for a period of four years.The HSE intends to award five tenderers on to the framework (providing that five suitable tender proposals are received). In the event that fewer than five suitable tenders are received, the HSE may award a lesser number of suppliers onto the framework.
The HSE gives no commitment as to the volume of services that may be sourced through this Framework agreement. Tenderers are advised that at the time of going to tender, it is anticipated that there may be a requirement for circa 1,000 Registered nurses/midwives, including specialist nurses/midwives (e.g. Children's) over a four year period.
At the time of going to tender there is an immediate requirement for approximately 250 nurses/midwives to be appointed at the earliest date possible.
