Description of the procurement

IDA seek to appoint a Project Management led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services which should consist of a Project Manager, Architect, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, LEED consultant, Fire Engineer, PSDP, Assigned Certifier & Quantity Surveyor and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of an Advanced Technology Building extending to 3,000m² in the environs of Carlow Town. The Project Management Integrated led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Service will be required for initial Masterplanning Stage, Pre-Planning Stage, Post Planning Stage, Procurement & Assessment, Construction Commissioning and Handover, Multi-Disciplinary Technical Resource.
