Kilkenny and Carlow ETB invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of a recruitment agency to supply agency personnel to supplement its core staff as and when required. These services will be provided to offices, schools and centres under the remit of Kilkenny and Carlow ETB across the Counties of Kilkenny and Carlow. Kilkenny and Carlow ETB plans on establishing a drawdown framework for the duration of the contract. Tenderers should note that there is no guarantee of any volume, value or frequency of services under this contract. The aim of this competition is to procure a single supplier for the provision Human Resources Agency Services.

RULE: Tenderers must demonstrate that they have previously successfully delivered services of a comparable scale and nature. Please complete the attached References Template.
3.2. B (ii) Licence to operate as an Employment Agency. The Employment Agency Act, 1971 provides that any person carrying on the business of an employment agency must obtain a licence to do so from the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment. All Recruitment Agencies supplying a service to HIQA must confirm that they comply with this Act.
