THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
The Health Services Executive (HSE) will initiate a procurement process in Quarter 3 0f 2018 in respect of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system – the subject of this particular process is that of the Acute EHR Operational Solution.
The individual procurement process required to deliver the totality of this aspect of the EHR solution will be advertised in due course.
Details of the market engagement seminar and how to register are contained in the document associated with this notice.
Booking will be registered on a first-come first-served basis.
Only those persons who have registered to attend will be permitted to participate in the event, subject to the availability of places.

Description of the procurement

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
The Health Services Executive (HSE) will initiate a procurement process in Quarter 3 0f 2018 in respect of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system – the subject of this particular process is that of the Acute EHR Operational Solution.
The individual procurement process required to deliver the totality of this aspect of the EHR solution will be advertised in due course. In advance of this procurement, it has been decided to undertake a market engagement seminar, the purpose of which is two-fold.
Firstly it will be used to provide to potential Suppliers (our market) with an overview of; • the overall EHR system, with a particular emphasis on the Acute solution; • An overview of the proposed procurement method under which this particular process will run;
Secondly, this market engagement seminar will also seek the views of the market on potential service delivery models. We believe in giving service providers, regardless of their size, an opportunity to help shape and influence the future of procurement and the provision of these services across the Public Sector. The views of the market are important to us and represent an opportunity for participants to provide early input into contracting approaches and service delivery models.
