Short description
The OPW currently owns an undeveloped site on the Junction of Leeson Lane and Quinn’s Lane in Dublin city centre. This site, c.0.176 hectares in area, is bounded by Leeson Lane to the North-West, Quinn’s Lane to the North-East, the Catholic University School to the South-East and the Nurses’ Building to the South-West. There is an existing two-storey former dispensary building called Spruce House fronting onto Leeson Lane.
It is proposed to restore and refurbish Spruce House, former dispensary building; c.445sqm in area, Construct new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c.6,333sqm; carry out site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.
